By sharing unique perspectives through film and other creative media, we promote interdisciplinary and trans-generational discussions. Our trauma-informed focus mission is to minimize suffering, maximize empathy, and inspire action on health and social justice issues.

Our current projects include educational outreach with perspectives on childhood identity, intolerance, disability, childhood trauma, resilience and race. ACL is a 501(c)(3) Not-for-Profit public charity founded by Joseph Lovett, a veteran documentarian and ACL’s current Executive Director.
